Beijing 16 September report (reporter Sheng Ruoyu) the Fifth APEC Ministerial Meeting on human resources development in Beijing Great Hall of the people on the morning of September 16th grand opening. President Hu Jintao attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech entitled "deepen exchanges and cooperation for the inclusive growth". Hu Jintao stressed, cooperation in the Asia Pacific region is confronted with hitherto unknown opportunities. APEC members should join hands, make full use of this APEC cooperation platform, deepen cooperation, expand cooperation, continuously towards lasting peace, forward the goal of common prosperity, continue to benefit the people in the Asia Pacific and the world people.

    Hu Jintao stressed, and coping with the international financial crisis has made us more aware, in the in-depth development of economic globalization today, in order to promote the sustainable growth of the world economy, the world economy faces effectively respond to risks and challenges, all countries and regions must strengthen exchanges and cooperation, work together to address the economic development of the deep-seated, structural problems. Inclusive growth, to resolve the social problems in the economic development, to promote trade and investment liberalization, to lay a solid social foundation for long-term economic development, this is the APEC members need to jointly study and resolve major issues.
