1. Type of product:
There are A type and B type of marine air bottle:
1.1 A type has verticle and tilting marine air bottles;
1.2 B type has horizontal air bottle.
2. Basic applicaion:
Marine low pressure air bottle is mainly used to store compressed air for suppling the starting of main engine/auxiliary engine or whistle and other applications.
3. Characteristics of structure:
3.1 A type marine air bottle mainly consists of bttle valve and steel cylinder where has manholes for cleaning and repairing. There are air inlet valve, air outlet valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure gauge valve, discharge valve and so on.
3.2 B type marine air bottle mainly consists of steel cylinder, head, manholes, air inlet valve, safety valve, pressure gauge box, pressure gauge valve, release valve, mounting foundation and so on.
4. Ordering instruction:
If marine air bottle is specifid by volume, it can be selected according to the CB/T493-1998. To design, manufacture and install non-standard air bottle according to the specified parameters.
